$30 ($35 at the door) Yin Yoga is a deep, soft, yet challenging practice that focuses on deeper, longer stretching and holding of yoga postures. A group of CHY instructors will guide you to enhance your Thai Yoga experience. This class works with postures that encourage fascia release and rejuvenation of the body to help open the lower back, hips and sacrum.
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient yoga therapy which combines yoga postures with touch technique to promote deep stretching, relaxation and healing, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and balance the body. This technique can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. Most Importantly - It is Fantastic! Space is limited to 16. Please sign up early.
