Porsche instructs the following:
  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • Great class for those who enjoy a power yoga class. This is an intermediate-advanced class that provides a challenging series. This class demands more physical effort than the Slow Flow or Venus class. An intensive class designed to work and stimulate every nerve, muscle, joint and tissue of the body. Each class will be a little different but the overall format will be similar, so you will get to experience the creativity and individual style of the instructor while trying something a little different each practice. The instructor will guide the class through the flow a few times then you will have an opportunity to "flow on your own." This class is a whole body workout, which focuses on upper body strength, controlled breathing, continuous flow and will introduce and incorporate arm balances and inversions. Carefully sequenced flows, challenging for all levels but modifications will be given for all students. Accompanied by fun, upbeat music.

  • Yin Yoga w/ Massage
  • Cost: $10  ($15 at the door) Join us for a Yin Yoga with Massage with our graduated Yoga Instructors!  Enjoy gentle, therapeutic hands-on massage and adjustments in every relaxing pose as you recharge your spirit.  Stay after to mingle with staff and other yogi's; Get information on our upcoming 2019 Winter & Fall Yoga Teacher Training Programs taught by Dr. Porsche Fischer/registered with Yoga Alliance. This is a perfect workshop for beginners, those recovering from injury, or those just needing a gentle yoga session after a stressful day. Seasoned yoga students find Yin yoga to be a perfect compliment and balance to their more active practices. Yoga postures are taught in an environment geared toward restoration, healing and relaxation. A much needed tool for anyone who needs to unwind a tight body, mind and heart.  Space is limited!
