Bands, Balls, Butts & Core Fitness
This is a fun and energetic class that blends low level cardio and core work with balls, resistance bands and body weight exercises. It is a terrific way to efficiently rev up metabolism. The class goes by quickly and leaves you feeling awesome! Bring water & mat (shoes are optional). Please do not wear your street shoes into the fitness room to help keep our floors clean!!
