  • Power Pilates is an all levels class designed to challenge and improve your core stability and balance. Set to fun upbeat music, the Pilates format combines elements of core conditioning and strength. You will get a full body workout in this class specifically toning small muscles in the hips, thighs, abs, arms and the der·ri·ère! Your muscles will get long and lean, and we promise you will burn calories with these muscle shaping isometric movements. Using kettlebells is a great way to increase your core strength. Rotations using kettlebells, barre, mat, fitness balls, etc. Get ready for a high energy, fun yet intense class! This extremely popular format has changed many people's outlook on a workout! (Bring a MAT and SHOES. Please do not wear street shoes into the fitness room - help keep our floors in good condition).

  • Interval Bootcamp Fitness
  • This class offers a challenging and fun workout! It is always new with intense and explosive routines designed to melt fat, heighten cardiovascular efficiency and increase strength. Additionally, the functional training sequences create a total body workout with emphasis on core. Modifications are always offered if needed.

  • Power Pilates
  • Great core fitness class for all ages, shapes and sizes - no experience necessary. Class is set to fun energetic music and will keep you moving at an efficient pace. We offer a non-competitive environment to practice specific Pilates exercises, which will tone muscles, build core strength, increase flexibility and improve your fitness stamina. This assures that the whole body is engaged and being utilized throughout the workout. 

  • TRX Bootcamp Fitness
  • This class offers a challenging and fun workout! It is always new with intense and explosive routines designed to melt fat, heighten cardiovascular efficiency and increase strength. Additionally, the functional training sequences WITH TRX BANDS create a total body workout with emphasis on core. Modifications are always offered if needed.

  • Power Barre-Pilates Fitness
  • (Bring a MAT). Power Barre is a 55 min all levels class designed to challenge and improve your core stability and balance. Set to fun upbeat music, the barre format combines elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga and end with a cool down. You will get a low impact, fat-burning, full body workout in this class specifically toning small muscles in the hips, thighs, abs, arms and the der·ri·ère! Your muscles will get long and lean, and we promise you will burn calories with these muscle shaping isometric movements. Get ready for a high energy, fun yet intense class! This extremely popular format has changed many people's outlook on a workout!  No shoes needed for this class!

  • POUND FIT Fitness
  • (Bring a mat, water; shoes are optional) Please do not wear street shoes into the fitness room - help keep our floors in good condition). This class can only be described as FUN. You will be hooked once you try this challenging, heart-pumping workout. Created by two female drummers, the POUND® workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to fun and motivating music. It moves fast! A full body workout is done in only 45 minutes and targets common trouble spots. Class members use quarter pound weighted drumsticks and POUND® away stress into exhilaration! You will want to try this...grab a girlfriend and come POUND®!
