This class is taught by:
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. This class is a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that cranks up the speed to deliver your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. Take this predesigned group fitness class where the choreography is inspired by Pilates and yoga, but also incorporates strength and cardiovascular conditioning. You will see improved muscular balance, posture and core stability! This class is adaptable to meet the needs of all fitness levels.  Bring shoes or go barefoot - your choice!!
